This includes handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, SMS/text message, and webchat to facilitate appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and general customer care inquiries for your existing and pre-qualified contacts who have provided consent.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

As part of our Services, we offer the ability to communicate with you via SMS/text message. Your use of our SMS services is subject to the following terms:

•User Consent and Opt-In: You will only receive SMS messages from us if you have provided explicit, prior written consent. Consent is obtained through a clear and conspicuous opt-in process where you affirmatively agree to receive messages. Our opt-in language is as follows:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZEERODIGITAL LLC, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
